Summary Paper and Cumulative Time Sheet – The student will write a two–page (minimum) summary of how he/she did in meeting each of the stated learning objectives. Any supporting documentation (e.g. flowcharts, source code, letters, etc.) should be attached, but do not count toward the two–page minimum requirement. Your supervisor’s name, phone number and best time(s) to contact must be included on the summary paper. Your summary paper will be graded on both content and format. I STRONGLY recommend you visit the writing center to ensure your grammar, spelling and punctuation are all excellent, as these factors will affect your grade. Handwritten reports will not be accepted. The time sheet form is found in the ACCs COOP Education Student Handbook. The Summary Paper should be submitted by email. The signed Cumulative Time Sheet should be submitted to the instructor.
